Francis Dunnery
A brief Bio...
Francis Dunnery is a world-renowned musician, songwriter, and "musician’s musician" whose career spans over 35 years of stylistic reinvention.
Best known as the founder and frontman of the 80s progressive-pop icons It Bites, Francis later stepped into the role of lead guitarist for Robert Plant, as well as collaborating with legends like Carlos Santana, Lauryn Hill, and Ian Brown.
Beyond his electric prowess, Francis has become a master of the acoustic guitar, using a unique, intimate approach to rhythm and storytelling. His philosophy as an educator is rooted in the belief that "style" is a tool for personal freedom—encouraging players to break out of genre boxes to find their own authentic voice.
